We deliver to all 27 governorates in Egypt, our shipping partner Greater Cairo, Giza and Alexandria typically arrive within 1–3 business days; other governorates take 2–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Right now we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) — you pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. Card payment is coming soon and will appear at checkout automatically once it is live.

Yes. If a piece is not right for you — the size, the fabric, or it is simply not what you expected — you can exchange or return it within 3 days of delivery, as long as it is unworn and in its original condition. Shipping costs for the original delivery and for the exchange or return are covered by the customer.

Once your returned order is received and inspected, the amount due is refunded to your e-wallet or bank account within 2 working days from the date we collect the order from you..

You may inspect the order in front of the courier, but items cannot be tried on before you accept delivery, and partial acceptance of an order is not possible. If you decide not to accept the order, the full shipping fee still applies.
